Frequently asked questions
Is the price on the search final?
No. It is an estimated price built from local day rates, tolls, parking, driver hotel and tax. We check availability with the coach operator and send the final price; you pay only after you accept it.
Which coach do I need?
Count suitcases as well as people. A 29-seat coach carries about 20–25 travellers with luggage; a 45-seat coach about 40 with one large case each. The search marks each vehicle as recommended, suitable, tight or not suitable.
What is included?
The vehicle, a licensed professional driver and fuel. Tolls, parking and city coach fees, and the driver's hotel on multi-day trips are shown as separate lines in the estimate.
When is a second driver needed?
When a day is longer than one driver may legally work — in the EU and Switzerland about 9 hours of driving within a 13-hour duty day. The estimate adds the second driver automatically.
How far ahead should we book?
At least 2–3 days, and 2–4 months ahead for spring and autumn peak dates, trade fairs and school trip season.
Can we book several coaches or several countries?
Yes. Send one request with the whole plan; we coordinate the vehicles and return one final price.
Can I change the plan after booking?
Tell us as early as possible. Changes to times and stops are usually possible; extra hours or kilometres are charged at the rates shown for that country.
